Butterfly Garden

We went to Seattle yesterday with some friends and hit up the Pacific Science Center--something we've been wanting to do for awhile because they have a butterfly exhibit that's "exquisite," as Fancy Nancy would say. You go into this garden jungle and walk amongst hundreds of butterflies of all sizes and colors. Maggie was on the hunt for an azure butterfly (once again, Fancy Nancy-inspired), and she found several. Magson was quite the magnet for the butterflies. When you leave the garden you have to go to this room and stand in front of a mirror to make sure there aren't any butterflies on you. Magson had one on him, which was exciting and cute, but no pictures of that, unfortunately. Anyway, the above butterfly was Magnet's favorite, and mine, too.

  2. It sounds like you had a great time! Maybe we'll get a chance to get over there before the exhibit is gone. BTW...I love the new pics of Bella and Liam that are on the side of your blog!!
